I think at some point or another, we've all had run-ins with sociopaths - people who get into your head, maybe seem innocent, but simply want to manipulate you for their benefit.
Sometimes they're family members, sometimes friends, members of the clergy, or coworkers; they really can appear nearly anywhere in your life. These are 6 things sociopaths try to say to control us:
1. "You're just ________."
Fill in the blank. "Enamored with me", "jealous", "crazy", "bipolar", whatever. Sociopaths often get down in the gutter and resort to name-calling to diminish your self-worth and make you insecure. By bringing you down, they bring justification to their unhealthy behavior and keep you hooked on them.
2. "You just didn't understand me."
Sociopaths will do something often referred to as "gaslighting," which is when you do something that causes a negative reaction and then blame the person for their negative reaction, saying that they didn't understand what you were trying to say.
3. "Stop being so sensitive."
When a sociopath pushes your button and makes you mad or elicits another negative creation from you, they'll defend what they said or did by telling you you're too sensitive. You need to "toughen up." This is, of course, a way for them to excuse themselves of any guilt and keep you hooked on them.
4. "Stop being dramatic."
When a sociopath accuses you of being dramatic, you try to remove any validity from your emotions and reactions that might exist. They're simply trying to tear you down and make you second guess how it is that you actually feel.
5. "You're reading too much into this."
There are most definitely times that we read too deep into things and take away things that were never actually there. Sociopaths often do things to make you on edge or paranoid - really anything to make you question their motives. They do this in the hope that they can belittle your intuition and make you feel crazy.
6. "You'd never survive without me."
Once you've begun to deconstruct a sociopath, the baser form of their manipulation begins to surface. What they want with you isn't a healthy relationship, be it platonic or otherwise. What they want is control over you, and they control you by making you feel like you're crazy. Don't let them get away with it. You can survive without them.

Who, what, where, and when are words that you used to use less often, but if you’ve recently started to notice some memory loss, we’ve got some nutritious ways to prevent it from getting worse.
Not being able to recall people by name, especially when you don’t interact with them frequently is normal. So is forgetting dates, even important ones like birthdays. But very few people would wish to be more forgetful, in fact most of us would rather have a perfect, photographic memory.
Some memory loss is unavoidable as we age and it is a natural part of the aging process. No need to worry that you have dementia or early-onset Alzheimer’s disease unless symptoms are becoming severe or something that are a concern to yourself or family members.
Many times, our distracted lives are to blame for our faulty memory. We rarely give things our full, undivided attention these days. When we do, we are able to commit details to memory better and we are more likely to remember names, date and places.
7 Foods That Help Prevent Memory Loss
The solutions to prevent memory loss include playing puzzle games, staying active, having positive social interactions, being mindful, and eating foods that are packed with the nutrients that help our brains to process and retrieve memories.
Let’s look at 7 healthy foods that help prevent further memory loss and might help improve your memory function.
1. Citrus
Antioxidants fight against free radicals in our bodies, which cause the death of cells. More antioxidants is good for preventing memory loss and you can find high doses of antioxidants in nuts, fruit and vegetables, which are all part of a healthy vegan diet.
Vitamin C is a particularly important antioxidant to help prevent memory loss and of course you can get lots of vitamin C from citrus fruit including oranges, lemon, grapefruit, and tangelos. Other antioxidant vitamins include Vitamin E and selenium.
2. Oatmeal
The whole grain, high fiber and protein in oatmeal means that when you eat this warm, gooey breakfast, your bloodstream has a steady supply of glucose or energy, without any spikes up or down. The steady supply of energy helps prevent memory loss because your brain isn’t starving when it has to work to make new memories.
Researchers studying whether or not consumers would be motivated to eat foods that helped prevent memory loss say ‘There is preliminary evidence to suggest that some nutrients could influence cognitive performance.’ Boosting brain power by eating foods that prevent memory loss is something we can all benefit from.
3. Apples
An apple a day kept he memory loss doctor away, right? The skin of apples contains quercetin, and this is a strong antioxidant, which we have already mentioned help to prevent memory loss. Apples also have a good ratio of soluble fiber to glucose, which means that their sweet but filling energy will be slow released all day long.

4. Flax and chia seeds
Flax seeds and chia seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids and have a good ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-3s help to reduce inflammation, which keeps brain and body function at optimum health. Omega-3 fatty acids have also been linked to improved memory and brain function.
The omega-3 fatty acids in leafy greens, lentils, flax and chia seeds also have other brain benefits, according to bestheathmag.ca, ‘Folate (also known as folic acid) and vitamins B6 and B12 help lower levels of homocysteine, an amino acid in blood that has been linked to an increased risk of dementia.’ Getting plenty of B Vitamins and folic acid will help prevent memory loss.
5. Turmeric
Researchers studying the Asian diet and foods that contain high levels of anti-oxidants found that turmeric had the highest antioxidant levels, as high as 92% in one extract. The scientists say ‘Other vegetables found to have high anti-oxidant activity (>70%) were kachnar, aonla, ginger, fenugreek, mint, beetroot, black carrots, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, lotus stem, yam, coriander and tomato. ‘
Turmeric has long been used in Eastern cuisine for centuries. Researchers looking at Bangladesh medicinal herbs and plants used to enhance memory and intelligence found that Terminalia chebula, Clitoria ternatea, Gmelina arborea, and Asparagus racemosus also were used by villagers to prevent memory loss.
6. Blueberries
According to recent research, blueberries have been shown to help people to complete spatial working memory tasks (big puzzles that involve memory). Blueberries have phytochemicals called anthocyanins, which are basically super antioxidants and they are a tasty food that can help prevent memory loss.
7. Quinoa and whole grains
Betaine is a precursor that makes choline and you can get plenty of it from quinoa. Choline and Vitamin A are responsible for the healthy benefits that help prevent memory loss in every bowl of quinoa you eat.
Quinoa also gives you protein and healthy fats to give your brain the power it needs to keep functioning well all day. Betaine also helps with gene expression in the body, can help prevent disease and make sure that the genes that express disease are turned off.

Men and women are different when it comes to their libidos, but both can suffer from having a low libido and wanting to increase it.
In this article, we will look at 15 things that can increase sex drive and how you can start enjoying a healthier, mature sex life with your partner today.
15 Things That Increase Your Libido
Before we talk about how to increase your libido with one or more of these things on our list, let’s discuss what libido is. According to a research paper published in the European Menopause Journal ‘Libido is a comprehensive and yet elusive word that indicates basic human mental states ‘ and their biological counterparts’ involved in the beginning of sexual behavior. It has three main roots: biological, motivational-affective and cognitive.’ To increase libido, we can focus on mental, biological, or emotional factors, or we can try to affect all three of these factors.
1. Remember the best sex you ever had
Memories of the good times that you’ve had, either with your current partner, or with someone else, can make you desire sex and increase your libido.
2. Love yourself first
Loving others intimately involves an emotional vulnerability. Often, we may feel unable to give love (or sex) to another person unless we feel loveable first.
3. Eat pine nuts
Pine nuts help your body to produce nitric oxide, which dilates blood vessels. Getting your blood flowing warms the body and feels like a rush of adrenaline, which feels exciting. Pair up with your partner and your libido should jump into action.

4. Get more zinc
Zinc is essential for the production of testosterone, which is important for men’s libido. Researchers say that testosterone is not only important for men to maintain an erection, but is also important for increasing libido.
The scientists say ‘The role of sex hormones in the sexuality of men is now becoming clearer. Androgens are necessary for normal sexual appetite and for ejaculation. Erectile mechanisms, providing that appropriate erotic stimuli are available, are probably not androgen dependent.’ The researchers also say the testosterone levels required for increasing your libido probably varies from person to person.
5. Avoid soy products
For women who are post-menopausal, estrogen levels decrease leading to pain and dryness during intercourse. Soy products contain phytoestrogen which block the estrogen receptors in the in the body. Blocked estrogen receptors means that your body can’t absorb the normal estrogen.

6. Think sexy thoughts
Your brain is an important part of your libido. Give some thought to the things that turn you on about your partner or an attractive person. What do you love about their body and the way that they please you?
7. Choose to feel intense love
The emotional component of your libido is something you can control by making a decision to feel love and to release any negative emotions.
8. Open up
Honest communication is important for establishing intimacy with your partner. When you feel free to be open, you trust more, which makes you more likely to be receptive to your partner’s advances.
9. Give your libido as much thought as your appetite
When you are careful about our health, you pay attention to how hungry we really are before we eat. We can do the same thing with our sex drive.
Check in with yourself and rate your sex drive on a scale of 1 to 10 in the morning, afternoon and evening. Knowing your pattern of sex.
10. Just say yes, even if you aren’t in the mood
There are very few times that having sex with your partner, whom you love, is bad. There may be times when sex is less than great, like when you are sick or not feeling your best, but the act of sex can help you bond with your partner in an intimate way. This bond leads you to desire more and more intimacy, thus increasing your libido.
11. Make believe you just met your partner
Pretending to be a brand new couple is a way to heighten the excitement, anticipation, and arousal for both of you.
12. Watch a sexy movie
Viewing nude bodies doing pleasurable things to each other is sure to make you think of doing those things with your partner. Ask your partner what they enjoy watching and find a movie that you can enjoy together.
13. Use all your senses
So many people close their eyes during foreplay, for example while kissing, and they may be missing out on an intimate moment where making eye contact can bring them more intense arousal than keeping their eyes closed.
Breathe in through your nose to use your sense of smell, listen for your partner’s moans, feel their fingers and hands, and taste the salt from their skin.
14. Make dirty jokes
Laughter is a great way to create a bond with your partner and dirty jokes between the two of you are a good way to rev up your libido. Joking with each other about your cute names that you use when you are alone is just one way to amp up your desire.
15. Touch more
Just a touch on your partner’s shoulder, hand, or back is enough to get them thinking of sex.

MSG, or monosodium glutamate, has been used as a food flavor-enhancing additive, most commonly associated with Chinese food, but it could be the thing that is poisoning your body.
‘Chinese Restaurant Syndrome’ or ‘MSG Symptom Complex’ is a group of symptoms that has been associated with the poisoning effects of eating MSG. Read below for the 4 signs that MSG is poisoning your body.
Many processed foods contain MSG, so it’s important to know what to look for on your labels. Dr. Mercola’s website says that the following ingredients in your food always contain MSG:
* Glutamic acid
* Glutamate
* Autolyzed yeast
* Yeast Food
* Gelatin
* Textured protein
* Sodium caseinate
* Monosodium glutamate
* Calcium Caseinate
* Yeast Extract
* Yeast nutrient
4 Signs MSG Is Poisoning Your Body
MSG was discovered in Japan as an extract from seaweed and has since become a man-made chemical ingredient. With regard to being a food additive, MSG has similar flavor properties as salt in that it seems to boost the flavors of the food that it is added to.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of MSG as a food additive to enhance flavor. Although animal research has shown poor health effects in high doses, the human research is mixed.
Many people report having the symptoms of MSG poisoning due to their consumption of Chinese food with the additive, but the FDA calls these reports anecdotal. The research literature is how they make their food safety determination.
Regardless of what the FDA says, you may find that you experience certain uncomfortable symptoms after eating MSG. These are the 4 signs that MSG may be poisoning your body.
1. Sexual health problems
A safety evaluation of MSG conducted by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) found that MSG caused central nervous system lesions in high doses in animals.
The committee reviewed 59 animal studies on mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, chicks, ducks, rabbits, dogs and primates and found damage to the hypothalamus and that ‘neural lesions were observable within hours of administration.’
Related article: 5 Ways To Balance The Neurotransmitters In Your Brain
The hypothalamus is in the brain and it helps regulate levels of our hormones that are secreted by the pituitary gland. Reduced function of the pituitary gland can lead to reduced testosterone levels which cause erectile dysfunction, reduced muscle mass, and hair loss in men. For women, pituitary dysfunction causes decreased estrogen, which is linked to decreased libido, hot flashes, and mood swings.
2. Liver and intestinal problems
The JECFA study also allocated an ‘acceptable daily intake (ADI) not specified’ to glutamic acid and its salts. No specified daily amount was recommended by the committee so food manufacturers can add as much as they want.
Related article: 10 Signs Cancer May Be Growing In Your Body
Although the JECFA says they failed to confirm a connection between MSG and physical symptoms for humans, they do say that high doses of MSG resulted in elevated liver and intestinal enzyme metabolites in the blood stream.
Elevated liver enzymes may result in symptoms of nausea, fatigue, nausea, pain in the upper right part of the abdomen, and mental confusion. Itching, unusual blood vessels on the skin surface, joint pain, loss of appetite, or bowel movements that are light in color may be a sign of elevated intestinal enzymes.
3. Mental confusion
MSG may be poisoning not just your body, but your brain. MSG negatively affects the glutamate receptors in your body. A quote from the FDA taken from Dr. Merola’s website says ‘Abnormal function of glutamate receptors has been linked with certain neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Huntington’s chorea.’
These are both neurodegenerative diseases that take time to progress. It is likely that the poisoning effects of MSG are cumulative and take time to damage enough cells to notice that your mental focus is not as sharp as it used to be.
4. Chest pain and/or heart palpitations
Do not delay in seeking medical help if you are experiencing chest pain, regardless of whether or not you believe you have consumed MSG. Chest pain, pressure or abnormal heart rhythms are serious medical symptoms. If you experience any of these symptoms that affect a vital part of your health, please consult a medical professional immediately.
Chest pressure or pain could be the sign of a heart attack, and these symptoms have been associated with MSG poisoning. A heart ‘flutter’ may also be experienced from eating MSG.
After a large meal, you may normally feel pressure in your chest due to the fullness of your stomach that causes outward pressure on your organs. If the meal was suspicious food that may contain MSG, the chest pain could be due to the poisoning effects of MSG.
Cardiac arrhythmias have been linked to the consumption of MSG due to the glutamate receptors located on the heart. Difficulty breathing, tightness in the throat, sweating, and dizziness have also been reported as symptoms related to MSG consumption.

You probably give a lot more thought to maintaining your weight than your circulation. But if you're interested in preventing disease and cleansing your body of toxins, pollutants, additives and chemicals, your circulatory system is your friend — and it needs your help to stay strong.

Imagine your circulatory system as a network of tubular highways reaching every part of your body. Now imagine a traffic jam on one of those highways, with massive delays, excess pollution and a high risk of accidents.
To keep your circulation moving right along, you need to know these basics about circulation and the most effective ways to keep yours pumping.
The two types of circulation
The circulatory system actually consists of two distinct systems that work in tandem: the cardiovascular circulatory system and the lymphatic circulatory system. Mia Harper, a licensed massage therapist at MediSpa at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, explains how the two systems work together to detox the body.
“As nutrient-rich blood travels away from your heart, it progresses through smaller and smaller tubes, called capillaries," she says. "In nearby tissue cells, nutrients and waste are exchanged. Fluid squeezed from the blood, called interstitial fluid or “lymph,” transports waste to your lymph nodes (via a series of vessels similar to veins) where the fluid is neutralized, filtered and eventually returned to the bloodstream.”
1. Cardiovascular circulation
Your heart is the power behind your cardiovascular circulatory system, pumping blood through your blood vessels, supplying every part of your body with the oxygen and nutrients it needs for proper functioning. With poor circulation, not only is your blood flow impaired, compromising that blood supply, but your heart is unduly taxed. Both have negative consequences and can lead to a variety of health problems.
“Poor circulation can lead directly to heart attack, stroke, eye disease, kidney disease, and claudication (leg muscle pain or weakness that comes and goes after an activity like walking),” says Dr. David Katz, Associate Professor in Public Health Practice at the Yale University School of Public Health and director of the Integrative Medicine Center in Derby, Conn. “But poor circulation also plays a role in almost every disease, from dementia to diabetes, influenza to cirrhosis.”
2. Lymphatic flow
Your lymphatic circulatory system works directly with your cardiovascular circulatory system to keep blood and lymphatic fluid levels in balance and flush toxins out of the body. It also carries immune cells throughout the body to help defend against infections.
But your lymphatic system isn't lucky enough to have a powerful organ like the heart to keep fluid flowing. “The lymph system is stimulated by gravity, muscle contraction (exercise), hydrotherapy (alternating hot and cold water on the skin), breathing, lymph drainage therapy and massage,” says MediSpa's Harper.
If your lymphatic circulation slows or stagnates, toxins will accumulate and immune cells won’t be delivered to the areas of the body where they’re needed, causing a variety of ailments, the very least of which are aches, pains and swelling (lymph edema). This can also cause deterioration of your thymus gland, tonsils and spleen – key components of your immune system -- and weaken your body’s ability to fight infection and disease.
6 activities that boost both kinds of circulation
There are a number of easy and effective ways to improve the health of both your cardiovascular and lymphatic circulatory systems:
1. Drink plenty of water
"Circulation is vital to all of the body's functions, and water makes up a large part of blood volume," explains Katz. So make sure you drink enough water every day and don’t allow yourself to get dehydrated, causing undue taxation on your circulatory system.
But does water help flush toxins from your system? Katz explains that adequate hydration is required for adequate perfusion, which in turn is required for adequate function, detox included. "And water-soluble toxins go out with water, so adequate hydration is certainly directly relevant for kidney function."
2. Exercise regularly (both cardio and strength training)
Any activity that contributes to overall fitness will also contribute to a strong circulatory system.
Regular aerobic activity is good for the health of your heart and blood vessels.
Resistance training adds to muscle mass, which increases the efficiency of both cardiovascular and lymph circulation, explains Katz.
3. Eat healthy
Circulation is yet another aspect of your health that benefits when you eat healthfully. “Lymph is made up of immune cells," says Katz, "so the quality of lymph is enhanced by practices that boost immunity, including a healthy, balanced diet and weight control.“
4. Get a massage
By applying pressure to the body, massage stimulates the blood and lymph vessels, helping move the fluid along.
“Studies suggest that massage may enhance circulation in a localized manner to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and perhaps accelerate healing,” says Katz, “similar to the way that applying pressure to a tube squeezes out the toothpaste.”
5. Try manual lymph drainage therapy
By applying pressure in specific ways that target lymph nodes and vessels, a therapist trained in the lymphatic drainage therapy technique can directly target the lymph system to activate lymphatic fluid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
The technique includes holding the hands flat and moving them over the body to detect and assess current lymph flow patterns, and moving them in wave-like movements to release blockages in the network of lymph nodes and vessels.
“The benefits of lymph drainage therapy include a reduction of inflammatory responses (both acute and chronic), detoxification, regeneration of tissue, and deep relaxation, to name just a few,” says Harper.
The American Massage Therapist Association's locator page can help you find a massage therapist trained in lymph drainage therapy techniques.
6. Shake it up with vibration and rebounding therapies
It seems obvious that shaking and bouncing your body around will get your blood pumping. But is there any evidence that they actually work to increase cardiovascular circulation and lymph flow? Turns out there is: A recent study published in Medical Science Monitor found that "Five minutes of 30 Hz or 50 Hz vibration produced significant increases in skin blood flow."
Rebounding (jumping on a trampoline) appears to be especially effective at improving lymph system circulation. Lymphatic fluid is completely dependent on physical exercise to move, and the up-and-down rhythmic gravitational force caused by jumping on a trampoline causes the lymph system’s one-way valves to open and close, increasing lymph flow.
“The repetitive rhythmic motion of bouncing on a mini trampoline provides a simple, zero-impact exercise method with long-term mental and physical health benefits,” writes Dr. Tina Wellman, a psychoneuroendocrinologist and author of books on blending exercise, nutrition and detoxification to achieve wellness, in an article for Total Health. ”These benefits include increasing oxygen uptake and promoting detoxification via the lungs, skin, and lymph.”

Hygiene is a practice that has run wild in the public eye. Everyone wants to be clean, seem fresh, and smell great. This desire is influenced by advertisements and fear of judgement. The University of California San Diego School of Medicine conducted a study revealing that showering too often isn't healthy or necessary.

Soap removes natural oils from your skin, causing it to become dry and rough. Shampoos strip oils from your scalp and follicles, causing dry and weaker hair. While there are conditioning and moisturizing products available, they are a poor substitute for what your body would naturally make.
Our body is more than capable of keeping itself clean. When you shower, you are trying to clean off the dirt, excess grease, and malodorous bacteria. What ends up happening in the shower process is that you remove the top layer of dead skin that protect the layers underneath. By breaking this layer up you also remove the fats and lipids responsible for moisturizing.
Every time you shower and scrub yourself, you break down this layer. The more often you scrub the more the damage accumulates. Besides healthy skin being dried out and left without protection. There are bacteria that are good for the body that get removed when scrubbing yourself down excessively. These bacteria are vital for protecting your skin and stopping infections. The same can be said for the scalp. It needs natural oils and the presence of beneficial bacteria to thrive.
You only need to shower and scrub every other day or so. In between scrub sessions, you can rinse off sweat and dirt. You should clean your groin, underarms and feet anytime you shower. You can skip the rest, as the bacteria on your skin will keep those areas healthy.
Embracing this regimen can take a little adjusting to, but after a short while you'll feel much softer and comfortable. You will also save money on water, soaps and lotions. This method will also allow you to smell more like you (in a good way), instead of a collage of commercial scents.

Rick Simpson was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma skin cancer in 2003. He underwent Western methodologies of treatment, including surgery. The modern standard methods of treatments did little to nothing to help his condition. Rick had heard that cannabinoils killed cancer in mice. He decided with nothing to lose he made a brave decision.

He started to apply cannabis oil to his skin cancer. His initial attitude was that if it didn't work in four days, he was going to abandon the effort. Amazingly within that time the cancer began to recede. He immediately started sharing his experience with others suffering from treatment resistant cancers.
The results have been wildly successful. Not only able to treat and eradicate cancer, it does so without the awful side effects. Even the U.S. National Cancer Institute has admitted marijuana kills cancer cells and needs more study. If you know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, why not try it? Below is Simpson's personal recipe that you can see on his website. Be VERY careful when boiling solvent off, the fumes are extremely flammable. AVOID smoking, sparks, stove-tops and red-hot heating elements. Set up a fan to blow fumes away from the pot, and set up in a well-ventilated area for whole process.
Homemade Medicinal Cannabis Oil
By Rick Simpson
-Start with one ounce of dried herb. One ounce will typically produce 3-4 grams of oil, although the amount of oil produced per ounce will vary strain to strain. A pound of dried material will yield about two ounces of high quality oil.
-Place the completely dry material in a plastic bucket.
-Dampen the material with the solvent you are using. Many solvents can be used. You can use pure naphtha, ether, butane, or 99% isopropyl alcohol. Two gallons of solvent is required to extract the THC from one pound, and 500 ml is enough for an ounce.
-Crush the plant material using a stick of clean, untreated wood or any other similar device. Although the material will be damp, it will still be relatively easy to crush up because it is so dry.
-Continue to crush the material with the stick, while adding solvent until the plant material is completely covered and soaked. Remain stirring the mixture for about three minutes. As you do this, the THC is dissolved off the material into the solvent.
-Pour the solvent-oil mixture off the plant material into another bucket. At this point, you have stripped the material of about 80% of its THC.
-Second wash: again add solvent to the mixture and work for another three minutes to extract the remaining THC.
-Pour this solvent-oil mix into the bucket containing the first mix that was previously poured out.
-Discard the twice washed plant material.
-Pour the solvent-oil mixture through a coffee filter into a clean container.
-Boil the solvent off: a rice cooker will boil the solvent off nicely, and will hold over a half gallon of solvent mixture. CAUTION: avoid stove-tops, red-hot elements, sparks, cigarettes and open flames as the fumes are extremely flammable.
-Add solvent to rice cooker until it is about ¾ full and turn on HIGH eat. -Make sure you are in a well-ventilated area and set up a fan to carry the solvent fumes away. Continue to add mixture to cooker as solvent evaporates until you have added it all to the cooker.
-As the level in the rice cooker decreases for the last time, add a few drops of water (about 10 drops of water for a pound of dry material). This will help to release the solvent residue, and protect the oil from too much heat.
- When there is about one inch of solvent-water mixture in the rice cooker, put on your oven mitts and pick the unit up and swirl the contents until the solvent has finished boiling off.
-When the solvent has been boiled off, turn the cooker to LOW heat. At no point should the oil ever reach over 290 degrees F or 140 degrees C.
-Keep your oven mitts on and remove the pot containing the oil from the rice cooker. Gently pour the oil into a stainless steel container
-Place the stainless steel container in a dehydrator, or put it on a gentle heating device such as a coffee warmer. It may take a few hours but the water and volatile terpenes will be evaporated from the oil. When there is no longer any surface activity on the oil, it is ready for use.
-Suck the oil up in a plastic syringe, or in any other container you see fit. A syringe will make the oil easy to dispense. When the oil cools completely it will have the consistency of thick grease.
